ABOUT BLOCHAUS CLIMBING CENTRE MANCHESTER

BlocHaus Climbing isn’t just another bouldering wall; it’s a climber-built, community-driven space where people of all levels come to train hard and connect over a shared passion.

We’re proudly independent, born from a family project and a deep belief that our city deserved a focused, high-quality climbing facility. Our climbing centre in Openshaw, just outside the city centre, has been crafted by climbers, for climbers.

FAMILY-RUN, COMMUNITY FOCUSED

We launched BlocHaus just after the pandemic, a leap of faith fuelled by our love for climbing and a desire to build something meaningful for our local community.

What started as a family vision is now a fast-growing climbing centre in Greater Manchester, recognised for its welcoming vibe, purpose-built design, and elite training facilities. We’ve designed every inch of BlocHaus with intention, from the layout and wall angles to the inclusive environment we promote daily.

We’re still growing too, with exciting plans to expand our offering and make climbing even more accessible for everyone.
